The Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience is thrilled to invite you to GRIT: Resiliency in Action, a gathering designed for both seasoned GRIT Coaches and newcomers to the GRIT Program. This free, one-day event aims to foster a deeper understanding of resilience, team-building, and the core principles of the GRIT Program.

9:00 AM – 10:15 AM – Conference Introduction with Dr. Chip Benight, Director for the Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience, and Dr. Jennifer Sobanet, Chancellor at UCCS

10:30 AM – 11:30 PM – A speech from Keynote Speaker, 4 time Olympian, Hunter Kemper
